Set Up New Water Service
Please contact the District’s water operator, H2O Consulting, at (281) 861-6215 to set up new service or by visiting their office at 5870 Highway 6 North, Suite 215, Houston, Texas 77084, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
As part of the application process, proof of ownership (i.e. HCAD statement, current mortgage statement, or closing documents) or non-owners, a lease must be provided to assure the account is being setup in the proper name or names. The name on ownership or lease paperwork MUST be the same name that the account will be setup in. The application must be notarized. A notary is provided at our office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at no cost.
Out of area customers will be required to have a copy of their Application for New Service notarized and mailed to our office along with the deposit, application fee and Service Agreement. We require a copy of a lease or a sellers/buyers agreement to set up service. This will verify proper deposit amounts. Multiple names are allowed on accounts if both parties identifications are verified.

Payment Options
Please note that fees charged by a service provider are for the administrative costs of providing the services. The MUD District does not receive any portion of the service fees. Contact the District’s water operator, H2O Consulting, at (281) 861-6215 if you have any questions on these services.
Internet Credit Card Payments
Online at: https://www.utilitypaymentonline.com/. This option allows you to pay an electronic check (E-Check) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). You must enter your entire 10-digit account number.
Grocery Store Locations
You may also pay at most major supermarkets, but you must have your water bill payment stub with you. Please note that payments made at these locations take 2-4 business days to appear on your account. LATE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THESE LOCATIONS.
By Mail

Payments may be left in the drop box in the former bank lane on the side of the building at: 5870 Hwy 6 North, Houston, TX 77084
Pay In Person
Payments may be made in person at H2O Consulting’s office at: 5870 Hwy 6 North, Suite 215, Houston, TX 77084 between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Accepted forms of payment in the office are: Cash, Check, or Money Order. If paying in cash, please note no change will be given.
Automatic Clearing House (ACH)
An ACH – (Automatic Clearing House) payment may also be set up by completing an ACH form. A form is below. ACH forms are also available at H2O Consulting’s office. The fees for this payment option are listed on the form. Please note the implementation of ACH may take up to 2 billing cycles after receipt by the bank.
