Utility Bill Payment Options
Direct Payment Plan:
- You may allow automatic withdrawals from your bank account each month to pay your water bill.
- Please contact our Customer Service Department at (713) 405-1750 or toll-free (877) 405-1750 to request the appropriate application forms to be mailed to you.
- The customer is not charged any fees. Payments will post to your water account by the due date of your water bill.
Internet Credit Card Payments:
- Allows a customer to make MasterCard/Discover payments on the Internet.
- Customer pays 5% of the payment amount per transaction to the service provider (Visa/MasterCard).
- The website is www.paymyutilitybill.com. Payments will post to your water account at close of the next business day.
Check By Phone:
- Customer pays $3.95 per transaction to the service provider.
- Please call (713) 881-0675 to use this option. It is imperative that you have your 12 digit account number and the name of your district handy when making a check by phone payment.
- Check by phone payments may only be processed using personal checking accounts, business checking accounts cannot be processed.
- You are NOT able to utilize this option once service has been disconnected.
Grocery Store Locations (PAYMENT COUPON IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A PAYMENT):
- You are now able to pay your water bill through Western Union at any HEB grocery store in the Greater Houston and surrounding area.
- There will be a $1.00 fee per transaction to the service provider.
Please note that fees charged by a service provider are for the administrative costs of providing the services. The MUD District does not receive any portion of the service fees.
