Amhurst Park
This 1½ acre park is located at the corner of Greenwood Point Drive and Stoney Haven Drive within the Amhurst subdivision. It contains concrete trails, open play areas, a large picnic pavilion, and a playground with benches and shade trees. The playground contains 7 pieces of play equipment ranging from climbing boulders to swings. Space is provided for additional standard play equipment or water based play equipment in the future.
Cypress Springs Park
Cypress Springs Park is a 2½ acre park located at the intersection of Rustic Lake Lane and Greenwood Point Drive in the Cypress Springs subdivision. The park contains concrete trails, an open play area, a large pavilion with picnic tables, exercise stations, benches, and shade trees. The four exercise stations are located along the concrete trail. Space is available for additional pavilions or half court basketball court.
The existing park will include additional amenities such as a ½ court basketball and goal which will be fenced in and gated access; a moderate size soccer field area with goals, additional playground area that will include a double bay swing set for infants and young children, drinking fountain, and additional seating benches located at the basketball court and swing area.
Greenbelt Park
The Greenbelt park is currently a maintained corridor but will eventually contain in the near future concrete trails, trash receptacles, and shade trees.
Tealbrook Park
This .654 acre park area centrally located at Baron Brook Dr. and Teal Wind Dr. The park contains concrete trails, a medium size picnic pavilion with picnic tables, playground area with multi-age play equipment suitable for ages 2-12 yrs., playground security lighting, benches, individual picnic tables with barbeque grills, trash receptacles and surrounding shade trees.
Yaupon Park
Yaupon is an existing park and on behalf of HCMUD 165, we’ll be adding a ½ basketball court and goal, park security/trail lighting, and a new playground area with play equipment for ages 2-5yrs.
